JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 06-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1045C of 2010 registered under Section 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner was seen flee away from the place of occurrence.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that police after investigation submitted Final Form which was accepted and case proceeded on protest-cum-complaint. The complaint petition was dismissed and subsequently opposite party no. 2 preferred criminal revision and processes were ordered to be issued against the petitioner for facing trial.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29650 of 2014 (4) dt.06-02-2015 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Complaint Case No.1045C of 2010, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
