The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Ghanshyampur P. S. Case No. 18 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 149, 448, 447, 341, 323, 325, 307, 354 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering inordinate and unexplained delay of 13 days in instituting the first information report coupled with the fact that the injuries caused to the informant were found to be simple in nature, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the
