2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103, 238 and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, one Nitu Devi is accused of burning and killing the deceased who was her brother-in-law.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the son of the deceased and there is no allegation against him. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 09.12.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15858 of 2026(3) dt.23-06-2026 2/2 for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 15th (East) Muzaffarpur /concerned Court below in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 35 of 2025 and subject to the following condition:- (i) the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the Trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court.
