The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Parsauni P.S. Case No.69 of 2018 registered under Sections 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The S.H.O. of Parsauni P.S. alleged that on secret information the informant with other police officers raided the house of Umesh Sah on information that Umesh Sah had brought liquor to sell on the eve of Durga puja but nothing was recovered. On the next day, Umesh Sah along with other accused persons including the petitioner came to the police station and assaulted the police officials and ransacked the police station after damaging the police vehicles. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is named at sl. no.32 in the body of the F.I.R. but no

One driver of the police jeep namely, Jitendra Pandit is said to have been injured but the injury is simple in nature. It is submitted that petitioner has no manner of concern with the occurrence and the search and seizure made in the house of Umesh Sah but another villagers have also been made accused.

Considering the aforesaid facts and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Parsauni P.S.
