2. The present writ petition has been filed for
Patna High Court CWJC No.7792 of 2021(3) dt.05-08-2024 2/2 directing the Respondent No. 2, namely, District Magistrate cum Collector, Khagaria to pass final order on the representations of the petitioners dated 12.01.2021 and 06.10.2023 which are still pending for consideration before the Respondent No. 2.
3. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file a fresh representation along with the order of this Court and submit before the Respondent No. 2.
4. The Respondent No. 2 is directed to take a decision on the aforementioned representations of the petitioners within a period of three months from the date of production/receipt of copy of this order.
5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of .
