JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-03-2019 The petitioners, eight in numbers, had been empanelled for being appointed on Group-D post in the district of Jamui. Such empanelment was made on their

Patna High Court CWJC No.4862 of 2019(2) dt.28-03-2019 2/3 applications pursuant to the advertisement in that regard in the year 2012.

It is the case of the petitioners that despite vacant sanctioned posts in Group-D being available, the petitioners are not being appointed on the said post. It has also been brought to the notice of this Court that such appointments are only being made by the District Magistrate concerned when any order or direction is passed by this Court. As an instance of the above, it has been submitted that some of the empanelled persons who had approached this Court vide C.W.J.C. No. 12988 of 2015, were appointed at Group-D post. Reference of a contempt petition has also been made in the writ petition whereby some of the empanelled persons were appointed.

The petitioners, under the aforesaid circumstances, are directed to make a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Jamui within a period of four weeks from today, who on receipt of the same, shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a further period of eight weeks thereafter.
