2.The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhagwanganj P.S. Case No. 188 of 2024 registered for offences under Sections 80(2), 238(B), 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was married to the son of petitioner nos. 1 and 2 in the year 2023 and thereafter she has been killed and the dead body has been recovered from the cremation ground.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that petitioners has falsely been implicated in this case.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16325 of 2025(2) dt.02-04-2025 2/3 Petitioner no. 1 and 2 are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased and petitioner no. 3 is the brother-in-law of the deceased.

5. Considering the direct allegations levelled against the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 of demand of dowry, torture and killing the deceased, their prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.

6. So far as the petitioner no. 3 is concerned, he is a 19 years old boy and junior member of the family and there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against him. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner no. 3 is allowed.

7. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner no. 3 namely Mukhtar Kumar @ Guddu @ Ravi Ranjan Kumar @ Muktaar Kumar, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Masaurhi, Patna/ concerned court below in connection with Bhagwanganj P.S. Case No. 188 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16325 of 2025(2) dt.02-04-2025 3/3 the Code of Criminal Procedure.

9. This application for anticipatory bail is partly allowed.
