2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 328/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is wife of the deceased and is in custody since 29.12.2024. Chargesheet has already been submitted under Section 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad / concerned Court in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 288 of 2023.
