JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-05-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the petition, as prayed for. Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a complaint case in which process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 323 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of outraging the modesty of the complainant.

It is submitted that for the occurrence of 31.5.2013 the complaint was filed on 17.6.2013 and the petitioner is nephew of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22276 of 2015 (2) dt.21-05-2015 2/2 the complainant and due to family dispute the accusation has been levelled. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the delayed lodging of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. Ist Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 1876 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Anil/- U T
