Following corrections have been prayed in this modification application:- (i) In the second line of page-2 of the judgment "Plot No. 42145" has been typed in place of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15761 of 2020(5) dt.30-09-2020 2/2 "Plot No. 4215".

(ii) At page 2, in line 5 the word 'her' has been typed instead of the word 'his'.

(iii) At page 2 in line 8 of the said order the word 'she' has been typed instead of the word 'he'. In view of the above, in the judgment dated 31.01.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 81792 of 2019, following corrections shall be read:- (i) In the second line of page-2 of the judgment 'Plot No. 4215' shall be read in place of Plot No. 42145.

(ii) At page 2, in line 5 the word 'his'

shall be read in place of 'her'.

(iii) At page 2, in line 8 of the said order the word 'he' shall be read instead of word 'she'.

The judgment dated 31.01.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 81792 of 2019 is modified to the extent indicate above.
