The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 28 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering the fact that the petitioner, above-named, is in custody since 14.02.2022 and he has clean antecedent, he is directed to be released on bail after framing of charge or on completion of one year in custody whichever is later on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No.1-cum-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 28 of 2019 subject to the condition that bailors should be blood relations of the petitioner.
