Controversy relates with regard to land dispute on account thereof, a proceeding under Section 145 Cr.P.C. was drawn up wherein, vide order dated 29.10.2008 same was dropped in terms of Section 145(5) of the Cr.P.C. against which Cri. Revision No. 0700767 of 2008 was filed and the same was allowed vide order dated 14.03.2014 by the Additional Sessions Judge, IXth, Patna and the matter was remanded back for reconsideration in accordance with law whereupon the original proceeding revived and the same concluded vide order dated 30.09.2014 against which Cri.
Revision No.4590 of 2014 was drawn up and the same was
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19445 of 2016 (3) dt.06-09-2016 allowed vide order dated 18.09.2015 against which instant petition has been preferred.
Considering the nature of the litigation, as stated above compromise petition is accepted and the matter is being disposed of in terms thereof.
