Petitioners being brother and brother's wife are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is killing the daughter of the informant after seven years of marriage. Though the date of marriage has not been mentioned in the First Information Report but subsequently the informant in his subsequent statement has stated the year of marriage as 2006. The informant and others went to the in-laws house and found the victim hanging leading to registration of the U.D. case. It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22226 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 petitioners that the police report(charge-sheet) has been submitted under Section 306, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and the husband of the victim has been granted regular bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 11324 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Motihari Town P.S.
