JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 29-08-2019 An affidavit on behalf of Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna has been filed today. In paragraph 7 thereof a statement has been made that Dr. Pankaj Kumar, Forensic Medicine Department, P.M.C.H. has been requested to appear on the date fixed in the matter before the learned Trial Court i.e. on 04.09.2019 in order to comply the order of this Court. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case wherein the trial itself is likely to be concluded very soon, this Court is of the considered opinion that at this stage, the petitioner need not be enlarged on bail in S. Tr. No. 316 of 2016 arising out of Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 803 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge I, Patna.

The Trial Court shall proceed with the matter without

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16655 of 2019(4) dt.29-08-2019 2/2 any adjournment and shall conclude the trial within next four months. The Senior Superintendent of Police shall ensure that in terms of her affidavit the Doctor must be made to appear before the Trial court on the next date.
