JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-10-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "i) That this present writ application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ or writs, order or orders, direction/directions to the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment from the public land bearing Khata No. 932, Plot No. 4084, 4087, 4091, 179, 256, 3342 and 48 which is situated at village- Belhari, Police StationBelaganj, District- Gaya as the same is in the nature of Pond which has been used by the entire villagers since long time for irrigating their fields and/or for any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner may be found entitled to in course of

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Belaganj, District- Gaya for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Circle Officer, Belaganj, District- Gaya, by filing appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of 4 weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, appropriate orders shall be passed thereon, forthwith.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
