JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-12-2018 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition stating that alternative forum in the nature of appeal is available to the petitioner for redressal of his grievances.

In view of the above, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority.
