Petitioner is in custody in connection with S.T. (Excise) No. 221 of 2018 arising out of Birpur P.S. Case No. 58 of 2018 for the offenses punishable under sections 30(a), 38(I) (II) & 41 (I) (II) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has been roped in this case only on suspicion.

Referring to the seizure list, he submits that from the seizure list it would be evident that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has remained in the custody for nearly three months.

No.32186 of 2018(2) dt.05-06-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-Iind cum Special Judge, (Excise) Supaul, in connection with S.T. (Excise) No. 221 of 2018 arising out of Birpur P.S. Case No. 58 of 2018.
