The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 16.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45027 of 2014 by which this Court had directed the petitioner to surrender before the Court below within a period of two weeks. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence and fault of his office the said order could not be communicated to the petitioner which was necessitated for filing the present modification petition.

Considering the aforesaid submissions made by the petitioner, let the time fixed by order dated 16.04.2015 be extended by further period of three weeks from today. However, it is made clear that if the petitioner does not surrender within the time fixed, the order dated 16.04.2015 stands recalled.
