The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 8 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation in the present case is regarding the petitioner having killed his wife on account of non-fulfillment of the demand for dowry.

The learned senior counsel for the petitioner has submitted that it has come in the case diary that the victim lady has died a natural death due to cold, but nonetheless, the police has filed charge-sheet in the present case. It is further submitted that there is no allegation of any demand for dowry and the petitioner is having a clean antecedent as well as he is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30939 of 2018(4) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 languishing in custody since 30.01.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail. Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saharsa in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 8 of 2018.
