The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant alleged that he purchase a piece of land from Raghubansh Narayan Singh the petitioner and Satya Narayan Singh, but later on Satyendra Singh the accused no. 3 came and disclosed that half of the land fell in his share. It is alleged that the petitioner and his brother cheated the complainant. It appears on the face of it that the dispute is of civil nature.

Considering the facts and nature of allegations made

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22441 of 2015 (3) dt.08-12-2015 2/2 against the petitioner, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saran at Chhapra in Complaint Case No. 1078 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
