Having regard to the nature of allegation against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections-419, 420 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and that co-accused Akhileshwar Singh is said to have been granted regular bail by the Court below on 09.02.2015, this Court would also find the petitioner to be only entitled for regular bail and therefore if the petitioner surrenders and makes prayer for regular bail before the Court below, the Court below after comparing the case of the petitioner with the case of Akhileshwar Singh,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22232 of 2015 (3) dt.20-08-2015 shall pass necessary order as with regard to grant of bail to the petitioner.
With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
