ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Halsi P.S. Case No.15/16 for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the I.P.C.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after due verification of the certificate the petitioner was appointed in the year 2010. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court in a P.I.L. matter, in course of re-verification, the certificate of the petitioner was found to be forged and the petitioner was put under suspension with immediate effect. So far as the verification part is concerned, it is once again a subject matter of trial. The petitioner shall come forward at the relevant point of time. It is further

Considering the nature of allegation and that now the petitioner has already been put under suspension, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M.,Lakhisarai, in Halsi P.S. Case No.15 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
