In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 24 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner has earlier moved before this Court for bail in Cr. Misc. No. 46386 of 2016 and this Court vide order dated 22.10.2016 rejected the same with a liberty to the petitioner if the trial is not concluded within a period of nine months, he may renew his prayer for bail.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Fantu Yadav, be released on bail on
