Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bodh Gaya PS Case No.33 of 2017, registered under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that petitioner is a distant relative and lives in another village and grandfather-in-law of the deceased has been admitted to bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.58861 of 2017 on 13.12.2017.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Rajendra Manjhi @ Tunnu Manjhi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Gaya in connection with Bodh Gaya PS Case No.33 of 2017.
