2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 271 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 329(3), 126(2), 115(2), 127(2), 118(2), 109, 125(a), 117(2), 324(4), 352, 351(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that the petitioner, along with eleven others, armed with weapons, arrived at the door of the informant and started abusing and took the husband of the informant in fields. It is further alleged that Sandip Paswan, who was having Garashi, assaulted on the head with Garashi, and after that, Sunil Paswan assaulted him with a Bhala in the left leg. After that, Shiv Paswan was assaulted with

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He also submits that from perusal of the FIR, it is clear that there is an allegation against three persons as mentioned above. There is no specific allegation against this petitioner, he is only a member of the mob. He also submits that there is no allegation of any overt act against the petitioner. He further submits that similarly situated other co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by the learned coordinate bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 78303 of 2025. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 20.11.2025.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State and submits the the petitioner is having criminal antecedent of one case.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief
