ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for O.P. No.2 as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.2217 of 2012, Tr. No. 3410/2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 493 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that out and out, a frivolous allegation has been made against the petitioner and that the same has been occasioned on account of the fact that the petitioner had lent some money to opposite
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23002 of 2015 (5) dt.26-11-2015 2/2 party No.2, which was not being returned by her and on demand being made for return of the same, the petitioner has been roped in the present case.
Considering the nature of allegations made and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Suvash Kumar Roy, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarur, in connection with Complaint Case No.2217 of 2012, Tr.
