The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 12 of 2016 registered under Sections 272, 273 and 290/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47A of the Excise Act.

Regard being had to the recovery of several incriminating articles from the house of the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the application preferred under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is rejected. In case the petitioners surrender and seek bail, the same
