2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 695 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of participating in a loot.

4. The looted motorcycle was recovered from one Raj Kumar.

5. The petitioner's involvement has come during investigation.

6. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he is in jail since 27.11.2023. He also submits that the petitioner has clean antecedents.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 695 of 2023.

9. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Begusarai Muffasil Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

10. Before accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner, the Court below is directed to verify the statement of the petitioner regarding his antecedent. If the Court finds that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent then the bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted and if the Court below finds that the petitioner has criminal antecedent then the bail bonds of the petitioner shall not be accepted.
