JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution case is that Renu Devi, daughter of the informant was married with Ugan Yadav, fourteen years prior to lodging of the present case and the husband of the informant's daughter maintained good relationship with his wife for nine years but thereafter established illicit relationship with the petitioner. Hence, all the accused persons killed the daughter of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no direct evidence collected during investigation against the petitioner. On conclusion of investigation, the police have

Considering the suspicious nature of accusation and the petitioner being lady coupled with a statement made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Uda-Kishunganj, Madhepura, in connection with Uda-Kishunganj P.S. Case No.64/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
