Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Darauli PS Case No.242 of 2017, giving rise to Sessions Trial No.120 of 2018, registered under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that the petitioner is younger brother of the husband of the deceased, the marriage petitioner's brother was performed six years back and there are children out of the wedlock, it was a case of suicide and the petitioner has no concern with the matrimonial affair of the deceased and her husband.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Rajesh Kharwar @ Guddu is directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30537 of 2018(2) dt.16-05-2018 2/2 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-3rd, Siwan in connection with Darauli PS Case No.242 of 2017, giving rise to Sessions Trial No.120 of 2018.
