The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Raj Nagar P.S.Case No. 232 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 149, 307, 323, 324, 341, 384 and 504 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that due to land dispute, the petitioner and other assaulted the informant and specific allegation against the petitioner is that he gave Paghariya blow on the back of the informant.

Submission is that there is land dispute between both sides and the alleged injury caused to the petitioner is simple in nature and he has been in custody since 27.05.2017 and he has got no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 232 of 2016 (S.Tr. No. 273 of 2017)..
