The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 160 of 2018, registered under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act The accusation is of recovery of country made pistol and one live cartridge from the possession of the petitioner. Submission is that the petitioner is in custody in the present case from 05.04.2018. While petitioner is accused in seven cases, as detailed in paragraph 3, but, in five cases he is on bail and in two cases, bail petition of the petitioner is pending before this Court.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13858 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 160 of 2018 to the satisfaction of Mr. Ravi Ranjan, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai, subject to the condition that out of two bailors, one must either be parent or close relative of the petitioner.
