Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Khajauli P.S. Case No.131 of 2014, registered under Sections 396 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that the FIR is against unknown and except disclosure of the petitioner's name alleging his involvement in the case by one Nayeem Nadaff, there is no material against him, even the petitioner was not put on Test Identification Parade though the charge-sheet has been submitted in this case and another co-accused Meghnath Paswan, similarly situated, has been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.11894 of 2016 on 17.03.2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43407 of 2017 (2) dt.20-09-2017 2 /2 Considering the said facts and circumstances, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Madhubani in connection with Khajauli P.S. Case No.131 of 2014.
