JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-05-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 04.09.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32783 of 2017, on merit as there was allegation of commission of rape on the minor girl by the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that in this case three witnesses including father, mother and victim girl has been examined and after 27.03.2018, no witness has been examined and petitioner has been in judicial custody since 13.05.2017.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above fact that earlier prayer for bail has already been rejected on merit, I am not inclined enlarge the petitioner on bail, this application is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30467 of 2018 (2) dt.17-05-2018 2/2 accordingly dismissed.

Learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conduct the same on day to day basis so that the trial be concluded within the reasonable period.
