JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-08-2019 It has come under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner stating that in last but one paragraph of order dated 17.7.2019 'S.Tr.No. 30 of 2016' has been mentioned instead of 'S.Tr.No. 350 of 2016' as it has wrongly been typed in prayer portion of the bail application as 'S.Tr.No. 30 of 2016'.

In such view of the matter, in the order dated 17.7.2019 Sessions Trial No. 350 of 2016 should correctly be read instead of Sessions Trial No. 30 of 2016 and other part of the order shall remain intact.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in prayer portion of the bail application in the course of the day.
