The petitioner is a Mill Owner. On certain conditions, he was granted anticipatory bail on 10.07.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24296 of 2015.

It is stated by the counsel for the petitioner that on application filed by the petitioner, the time granted under the said order for payment of the misappropriated amount by this court was extended. Again, the present application seeks extension of time to comply with the conditions of bail.

I am not convinced either from the submissions or the pleadings that the case for another extension is made out. The application is dismissed.
