The petitioners seek bail in Mojahidpur P.S. Case No. 94 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25 (1)(a)(1-B)(a)(c), 26, 29, 35 of the Arms Act. The prayer for bail of the petitioners was earlier rejected vide order dated 27.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10949 of 2017 with an observation that the petitioners may renew their prayer for bail after remaining one year in custody. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in jail since 20.06.2016. The petitioners have already remained in jail for more than 15 months.
