2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Daudnagar P.S.Case No. 667 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-A), 25 (1-AA) 25, (1-B) (a) 26,35 of the Arms Act.

3. The huge quantity of arms and ammunitions has been recovered from the Pump house of Baban Sao and the petitioner was caught with Rs. 5,000/- from the place of occurrence.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 11.12.2023. The petitioner has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18174 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 let the above named, petitioner is directed to released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Daudnagar P.S.Case No. 667 of 2023.

6. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Obra police station on 1st and 4th Sunday of every month , failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) N.K/- U T
