JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after one year of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demands and disposing of the dead body.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim died natural death and the informant has retracted from the initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below and the same has been brought on record as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22389 of 2015 (2) dt.06-07-2015 2/2 Annexure 2.

Considering the nature of accusation, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 453 of 2014 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
