JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-07-2017 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 168 of 2016, registered for offences punishable under Section 392 of Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has not been named in the F.I.R., his name transpired in this case only on the confessional statement of co-accused and further there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and he has been in judicial custody since 24.05.2017 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the fact and circumstances of the case, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, his application for regular bail is, accordingly, rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34506 of 2017 (2) dt.27-07-2017 However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge or on completion of three months in judicial custody, whichever is earlier.
