The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 404 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. Further submission is that the petitioner has no criminal history.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that there is direct allegation against the petitioner of assaulting the father of the informant with hammer on his head. Hence, petitioner does

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the opposite party, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
