This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Khagaria (Gangaur) PS case no. 979 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition qua the petitioners herein, however, seeks liberty on behalf of them to enable them to surrender before the learned court below, within a period of four weeks from today and apply for regular bail, however, seeks a direction upon the learned trial court to
