Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khajouli P. S. case no. 24/2009 registered under sections 419, 426, 120B, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

It would appear that co-accused Umesh Kumar Yadav got employment on the basis of forged certificate and so far as petitioner is concerned, he happens to be headmaster of the concerned school in which co-accused Umesh Kumar Yadav joined as Panchyat teacher. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs
