2. Supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 38 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is alleged to have killed his wife for demand of dowry. The informant who is the mother of the deceased and other witnesses have turned hostile. The petitioner is in jail since 03.02.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

No.18365 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., 1st at Chapra, Saran in connection with Taraiya P.S.
