For the reason stated in the modification application, the time fixed for depositing the amount vide order dated 20.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35158 of 2015 is extended by a further period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that no further extension shall be granted. In case, the petitioner fails to deposit the amount within the aforementioned period, the order dated 20.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35158 of 2015 shall be withdrawn.
