Petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No.115 of 2018 arising out of Agam Kuan P.S. Case No.789 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 20, 22, 27 of the NDPS Act and 399, 402, 414 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that 18 Puriyas of Ganja have been recovered from possession of the petitioner. There is no mention of any weight of the Puriyas. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
