For issuance of appropriate writ/order/direction to command the Respondent authorities commanding them to pay the salary to the petitioner for the month of August, 2022 to October, 2022, which has been withheld by the Respondents illegally.

(ii). For further direction to the Respondents to pay the interest of aforesaid three months as without any reason the petitioner's salary has been withheld to which the petitioner is entitled for."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks

Patna High Court CWJC No.4167 of 2024(2) dt.22-03-2024 2/2 liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 3, i.e. the District Agricultural Officer, Sitamarhi, for redressal of his aforesaid grievnaces. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Respondent No. 3, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off, by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
