JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 16.2.2018, seeks bail in Hasanpur PS Case No. 26 of 2018 registered under Section 414 of the IPC.

It is submitted that motorcycle was parked by the side of the road, the petitioner was apprehended merely on suspicion , there is no recovery from his possession and he has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Md. Mahboob Alam @ Mahboob Alam is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Hasanpur PS Case No. 26 of 2018.
