Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that petitioner is not named in the FIR nor anything incriminating was recovered from his possession. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He was never put on Test Identification Parade during investigation. He is in custody since 25.11.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kochas Police

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14838 of 2019(2) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 Station Case No. 198 of 2018, with the following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
