It is submitted that the complainant lodged Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 96/15 on 03.04.2015 with regard to the occurrence took place from 30.11.2014 to 25.03.2015 and she also lodged complaint case no. 327/2015 on 02.04.2015 on same and similar allegation. The petitioner was apprehended in the aforesaid police case and the enquiry was also conducted in the complaint case. Thereafter the learned Judicial Magistrate finding prima facie case proceeded against the petitioner on 30.05.2015. Learned counsel after some argument seeks permission

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19371 of 2016 (2) dt.01-08-2016 2/2 to withdraw this petition, so that he may file a petition under Section 210 of the Cr.P.C. for necessary order in accordance with law.

As prayed for, this quashing petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
